The AILET exam is conducted once a year in the month of May. AILET entrance exam (llb) is conducted by National Law University of Delhi as it does not consider the CLAT entrance exam in selection of the candidate for various law programmes. So, instead it conducts its own exam and accordingly prepares the merit for the admissions into various prestigious colleges affiliated by NLU, New Delhi.  Mathematics:

 This section in AILET syllabus and exam pattern carries a weightage of 10 marks out of total 150 marks.This section will test your knowledge of elementary mathematics, i.e. 10th level mathematics.  Logical Reasoning:

This section will test your ability to identify patterns, understanding of logical links and whether you can correct illogical statements by posing questions on syllogisms, logical sequences, analogies, etc. Most of these questions can be easily solved by following certain short cut methods or trick methods. Therefore, practice as many questions from the previous year papers as you can to prepare for AILET syllabus and exam pattern.

 Legal Aptitude:

 This section(Legal Aptitude) carries an inherent advantage. Since all the other sections cannot be worked on overnight, this is the only core area which is absolutely new for an law aspirant appearing for AILET entrance exam.
